Welcome to Peninsula Bible Church Willow Glen
Where & WHen do you meet?
Our Sunday morning worship services are at
9:00 & 10:45am.
We meet at the Willow Glen Community Center, 2175 Lincoln Ave.
Where should I park?
Park in the Community Center parking lot off of Radio Ave.
What Should I expect?
Our services are focused on giving glory and honor to God, acknowledging that he is the sole source of life.
We strive to keep our music good, but not too good so that it is accessible to all. We focus songs on the truth of God's attributes, not on myself and how I feel.
Sermons are preached expositionally through one passage of scripture at a time. We preach through books of the Bible, not on topics. Because frankly, we don't have a lot to say about topics.
Who are the Pastors?
We have two preaching pastors who preach and serve equally. We do not have a head pastor. Our pastors are Mark Bucko and Gary Vanderet. Our Youth Pastor David Misson will preach a few times a year. We have occasional guest preachers who share the pulpit as well.
Expository Preaching is their style of preaching. Meaning, they preach through a book of the Bible from start to finish and do not preach on topics.
WhEn do Youth Meet?
Where Do I Take my Children?
Youth meet during second service. They hang out at the church office from 10:15-10:45. The church office is across the street, 2147 Lincoln Ave. Then youth start in the church service at 10:45. They get dismissed back to the church office mid-way through the service. The youth service finishes at 12:00pm and youth are responsible to return to church themselves.
Children 0-2 go to the Nursery down the hall in Room 3
Preschoolers 3-5 go to Room 9 which is outside by the main parking lot. Head toward the large mural with Elephants on it.
